Orders can only be cancelled up to 24 hours after being placed. You must contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order. If more than 24 hours have passed, your order is already being processed and can no longer be cancelled.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, we will gladly ship you a replacement, free of charge!
If your package is lost, we will also ship you a replacement, free of charge!
Our policy lasts 7 days from the time you receive your order. If 7 days have gone by from the time of receipt and you haven't notified us of the damaged item, we unfortunately can’t offer you an exchange.
Exchange (If applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
